Soooo there is over 753 episodes of the Pokemon Anime... Pikachu was in EVERY episode. And on top of that Ash's Pikachu has also defeated very powerful Pokémon that Ash's other Pokémon were unable to, such as Dragonite and Metagross. He has helped Ash win innumerable battles and Gym and League matches. And Pikachu became the second non-legendary Pokémon to defeat a legendary Pokémon.
P.S - I know that there is no level's in the anime, but if you had to give Pikachu a level... What would it be?

at the beginning of each region it reverts to lvl 1.
Posted by: xmat123x G/S being released right after Yellow and having Red own all the quest attainable Pokemon found in Yellow would imply that Red was heavily influenced by Ash.
Did you honestly just say that? Oh for love of... xD It doesn't matter what you think. It's VERY CLEARLY Red. Says it right there in the game. Teh puma doesn't even know what you're arguing at this point. Hell, teh puma isn't certain, but he is somewhat sure Red has obtained all of those pokemon at some point in his journeys. Whether it be by trade, or accident.
Posted by: Teh puma
Posted by: xmat123x I know but Ash was the main character in Yellow.
What is your point? Also Pokemon yellow is anime inspired. He has yet to see anyone say it is Ash, personally. If someone has said otherwise, teh puma would be fine with accepting it. However it doesn't really back up what you were getting at originally, either way. : /
With all the references to the anime in Pokemon Yellow (Jessie and James, Pikachu's hatred for pokeballs, and the acquisition of all 3 starters without trading), it's heavily implied that the protagonist is indeed Ash even if they never confirmed it. G/S being released right after Yellow and having Red own all the quest attainable Pokemon found in Yellow would imply that Red was heavily influenced by Ash.

BULBASAUR didn't want to evolve. Also Charizard was sent for training simply because starting a region with Charizard was broken and the writers would even make fun of this. Though it forced the first gym leader to have a Pidgeot instead of a pidgeotto in the anime. Basically, this is why ash deposits most, if not all, his non-pikachu pokemon when starting a new region.
and then he uses his pikachu to fight ground type pokemon. i still find it funny that ash sent his charizard for training and never hears back from the trainer, lets face it, ash got swindled.
And lets not forget Primeape ... The funny thing is he left it with a trainer he already defeated so it can become a true P1 champion fighter... Even though it already was because it WON! [Edited on 08.18.2012 6:45 PM PDT]

I think in Heartgold he was like level 85 or 95. EDIT: At leat Red's Pikachu was. BTW: Aren't Red and Ash the same people? Don't start anything with me not knowing the difference between Red and Ash, if any. I haven't watched the show in so long now. [Edited on 08.18.2012 6:50 PM PDT]

Pikachu stashes rare candy in his cheeks. If he gets outplayed he 's just gonna lvl up.
Posted by: RockdaleRooster
Posted by: Onca Rapotee In silver version it was level 70.
I thought it was higher than that.
Yeah, Onca Rapotee is full of -blam!-. He was 80 in G/S/C, and 88 in HG/SS. And that wasn't Ash' Pikachu, either. OT: It varies. [Edited on 08.18.2012 6:16 PM PDT]

If it wasn't level 100 with how long the little rat had been fighting, i'd be SERIOUSLY disappointed.
-
Actually there is I remember in an episode in the first series that they went to some sort of pokemon training school and one of the girls told Ash his pikachu was level 25.
-
It's never consistent. There isn't any point in trying to ascertain a level as of now.
Posted by: Sepian1148 You ever see those Red vs. Ash comparison posters? They're freaking hilarious.
Posted by: Teh puma NO. Do not even compare Red to that pos Ash character. Red would absolutely wipe the floor with Ash. Ash wouldn't stand a -blam!- chance. The match would be over in less than a minute.

Exactly. Jussayin', if you aren't to be looking at profanity, kiddies, don't click dis link. Otherwise, lulz your butt off.

Ash's skill is reverted back to 0 after every season/region (it would be cool if it didn't but whatev) So as of right now his pikachu is probably like 34. If he wasn't a dumbtard and didn't forget about saving the goddamn world with his god-tier pokemon skills, his pikachu would be....level 400?
Posted by: Onca Rapotee AKA ash. I doubt red is a character, given there is no Blue. I had to correct you, I can't stand logical fallacies.
I meant Ash could be like Red if he evolved his pokemon I never said Ash was Red. (In that post)

Probably a 12.

I'm going with Lv. 100 because HG/SS and he's been fighting Pokemon the the anime for ages.
Posted by: ultratog1028
Posted by: DELTA STRIKE weren't his electrical power overpowered to begin with? Id say 100 in terms of heartgold.
Which is why it loses to lvl 5 starters in the anime?
Maybe not the 100 part, but arent his overpowered electrical powers the reason why team rocket wanted him so badly?
