1 More Month Until Reach Dies
What are your goals that you wish to accomplish before November 6th in Halo Reach? Inheritor? Pro Status? DISCUSS

I agree mixing it up is the best thing to do now a days. Dont get me wrong Reach is good but its Halo 3, 2 And Ce that really defined the franchise. I always been a dedicated halo guy and i always will be "Spartans Never Die Their Just Missing In Action"!

Who are these people deciding what a true Halo game is they need a slap. Ive been killing the Halo games since the first, dont care about the books etc just the games themself. Seems people in the forums think thier opinion of Halo turning into a CoD is true, when in fact is total BS. This game will be nothing like CoD, absolutely nothing like it. No matter what armor mods and other things chucked in this game will be wholely original, its took a successful idea and placed it on top of a already kick ass game, which in my opinion will only make it better. Those crying at the way Halo is going are standing in the way of progress, they are the same people that -blam!- about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING just because they can, trying to fill the weak minded with truths that are not.

[i]who doesnt even appear in reach ?!?[/i] Or because bungie skipped the cannon with reach? ... [i]even had to release books rather than fix the game?!?[/i] Hopefully people will go back through the actual halo games, the true games of the series. Mind you, given that you can now buy a trade-and-save version of reach for less than Halo 3 ... the poor saps may just be done in by their own cheapness. Expect the reach online number to drop in a major way. Wouldnt be shocked to see reach fall below H3 once H4 comes out.

They way I see it: Upon Halo 4's release an influx of new players will be introduced to the Halo cannon and fiction, if the campaign is compelling enough, newer players will want to play through the past halo's to become 'up to speed'... so my guess is that in the short time after Halo 4's release we'll see a slight influx of players inhabiting Halo 3's and Reach's lobbies even if momentarily. As for me... I would like to at least reach the rank of Reclaimer which will require me playing Reach sometime AFTER Halo 4 is out for some time.

After the release of Halo 4, Hopefully 343 will overhaul REACH's Playlist. As the popultaion will drop alot as most players will jump to Halo 4, like me. But I still like to be able to jump on REACH from time to time, and Be able to get into a game quickly, like you still can with Halo 3.

The better/more popular games dont suffer from this ... so even if you are a major reach fan, at some point the lag takes over and/or all your friends have moved on. Death of a game happens way before MM players == 0.

Bungie was really tired of Halo by the time Reach came around and you can tell. Reach never reached (no pun intended) the popularity Halo 3 achieved. Also some times I go on Halo 3 for old times sake, and when I ask people why they are playing 3 is because they don't like Reach. I don't mean to sound like a Halo 3 fanboy but it's the honest truth. Gameplay is extremely slow in vanilla reach.

I think my goal will be to finish the achievements that 343 didn't make impossible to get, and then play after halo 4 comes out since everyone that is good will be playing 4 so I can look like a beast! sometimes pretending helps.. :D I'd also like to finish my 100% armour... I'm at 97%

Gave up in Inheritor goal, sitting on Forerunner. My only goal now is to just enjoy Reach every so often before Halo 4 comes out. Help my friends get a few achievements too.
