What Colour is Thel's Arbiter Armour Exactly?
In the games it appears to be silver and yet, on the models and figures, it appears to be gold. Why is this?

Steel with black/blue underneath.

It's like a silver-brass color.

More so in the face of explosions. There's a slight brownish/orange (would really say more along the lines of brownish) tinge to his armor in the Cortana level as well in some areas.

Bronze silver kinda colour I think.

Just like with Chiefs Mjolnir (which can be both blue and orange), it depends on the lighting. In regular daylight however, it should be grey with a hint of gold in the highlights (according to Halo 3's awesome lighting engine). [Edited on 08.01.2012 1:30 AM PDT]

Honestly, it looks like a dull steelish color, possibly copper if you wanted to go that far, but it's not something like gold. It's an old, ceremonial piece, so it wouldn't be something flashy like gold.[/quote] This.

Silver glinted gold I'm guessing? Or perhaps vice versa? Kind of like how the Banshee is purple but reflects green in the proper lighting?
