Calling all decipherists!
As the majority of us know, at the end of Bungies letter they gave us seven cryptic characters composed of diamonds. I personally think it could be a date, still working on it though.
What do you guys think?

They always seem to appear in [url=http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/bd/Geomantic_figures.svg/220px-Geomantic_figures.svg.png]this[/url] order. So matching the symbols given to there spot in that order you get the numbers 1 10 6 4 12 8 7 see what you find with that...

I have been running these symbols behind the scenes since day one. All we know is what they are, their meanings, and their corresponding planets. i have found nothing to tie them into destiny and all possible number computations as both ip's and one of seven codes have failed.

But its like the same background all the time. I dunno if there is any hope of it having any connecrion with the srar map. But I hope it does.

I added that background myself to make it look less boring, the positioning of it is totally random. Hey Guys! On the inside of my FWC shirt at the top and just under where it says where the shirt was made (Nicaragua), it has a picture of one of the Destiny Geomancy Particles. Has anyone else noticed this? Is the symbol random for each shirt, or does each faction only get one or two specific symbols? [Edited on 07.20.2012 10:24 PM PDT]

Alright, I think I may have found something, seeing as how I mistrust DeeJ. Considering the symbols fit in a 7x3 grid, then if you look at the unused portion of the grid you get another set of symbols. like so. _*_ This is the first symbol, mmkay, the asterisks _*_ represent the symbol. if you fill in the blanks _*_ with asterisks, and the asterisks with blanks, then _*_ you will get a different symbol. *_* this is the symbol for populus. *_* *_* *_* Now if you repeat this process you will get the latin message, Populus, Carcer, Aquisito, Fortune-Major, Puella, Caput-Draconis, Conjuctio. If you relate the planets you get: Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Sun, Venus, North Node of the Moon, and mercury. Now the most interesting thing about this is the north node of the moon, which is one of the places the moon, intersects the suns elliptical, thus creating a an eclipse. It's a 4x3 grid of diamonds. 4+3=[b]7[/b] 4X3=12 We have [b]7[/b] symbols that mean something in latin, their reverse also means something in latin. And that, according to DeeJ, is all we are suppost to know at the moment.

Well, I noticed something. The symbols he posts are different from the symbols we can use as avatars. The avatars have something faint in the background. Mean anything? Possibly, but I can't tell what. One may theorize that if more people used the avatars more would become visible, but I don't know...anyone think this is a possibility or important at all?

The [url=http://misriahsolutions.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/thank_you_card_front.jpg?w=584&h=455]dots[/url] seem to be highlighted in some of them. There is something known as 'Astrological Geomancy' which is why I thought it might relate.

November 26th?! It seems likely, but for such a major find after soooo little time I can't help but feel a little skeptical. I feel like whoever first saw this might have a chance of feeling pretty awesome. Do you think we could pressure anyone at Bungie into seeing whether 11/26/13 was a great uncovering? October 10th, 2013 October 28th, 2013 November 26th, 2013 These are the 3 possible days of Destiny's release.
