I think it looks cool, but they probably should switch the design back to the Reach design, because of how much hate it's receiving.

The thing I don't like is how it blocks a fourth of the entire screen, so you lose a lot of peripheral awareness even without scoping.

It's funny because the scope is more or less the same size as the scopes on the older snipers, it's just not the typical "green square". I like it because of how big it is. It's almost like they're trying to get people to not want to run around no scoping with it.

after watching the video of gameplay the halo fan inside me is conflicted. Has some elements of halo that I love, but also some elements of other games. A new generation begins.

I don't like the brown in in. I prefer black over brown for guns. It still has a while to go in the making of the game. It may change a little.

The retro lancer was the older version, it happened to kick more ass. The retro suit in dead space was older, its the second best one you get on your first play through. And how can we forget that dated wine is ALWAYS stronger. You lose.
