Super Mario RPG puzzle help.
I'm currently playing through the game, and at Bowser's keep for the 2nd time. I have to figure out this puzzle to pass, but I'm horrendous at these types of puzzles, and need help.

Can anyone figure this out? I've been thinking for 10 minutes and have figured nothing out.
