Bungie's X06 Announcements
Bungie has announced two new projects today at X06. The first is a partnership with [i]Peter Jackson [/i]and his talented crew to bring you another chapter in the Halo Universe. The second is [i]Halo Wars[/i], a real-time strategy game being developed by [i]Ensemble Studios[/i]. Get the scoop in the full story.

wow this brought tears to my eyes. game looks good it wont add up to the action of the halos but looks good. i like rts but never find good ones. if they have space battles it would be amazing. also, if this comes out before halo 3 it will help with the wait. now i have to decide wether to get halo wars or gears of war.

I have mixed feelings about this one, that prehaps Halo Wars and this mysterious Interactive Movie/Game by Wingnut Interactive might be better than Halo 3, but i'm sure Halo 3 will own them all.

ya that brings up a good point. And i think everyone here on this forum is going to agree with me that this game is going to kick ass. I know this probably won't happen but it would be awsome if I could help make this game. but getting back on topic. Bungie moderators and webmasters or anyone working at bungie, please keep this in mind: You should make a forum category for this. You guys could get a lot of good ideas from a lot of the gamers that visit this forum and make it a lot better then it probably already is.

Now I'm gonna get it for this too. (Whenever it may come out.) And did anyone notice that the marines were using the Battle Rifles? According to the book, they didn't make a prominent entrance in the marines until AFTER the destruction of Reach. And furthermore, none of the Spartans had ever seen one before the Covenant got to Reach. Sure its a minor discreptancy, but hey, maby they'll fix it.

I don't see why bungie doesn't make a movie like the Final Fantasy Movie, using their graphics engines to make a feature film. I think it would be amazing, and wouldn't take nearly as long as what they're doing now. Then again I'm probably only saying this because the trailer to Halo Wars was one of the greatest things I've ever seen.

Ok im a hard core halo fan iv played all the games... so far... read the books got the stratagy guides all that.. theres one ting bugging me the game is based when the Covys first attacked humanity, so why are there hum soldiers using the Batle rifle from halo two that was introduced into the halo universe after halo 1 in the book first strike underground in CASTLE....yep im a -blam!- nerd
