Has Sony won the console war?

Honestly, unless Halo 4 is amazingly awesome, I can't see any reason to recommend the 720 to anyone. PS3 has action adventure on a lock, it has better fighters, it has exclusive shooters, and now it has smash brothers, the only thing really keeping Nintendo in the race in my eyes.

Xbox: Party Chat WORKING Patches Securely Saves your information Better exclusive games Better menu, apps Better Market Place PS3: No Party Chat Every online game ive played on one is modded and hack beyond recognition Can get hacked for a month, and your credit card info gets leaked Lame exclusive games (IMO) Lame, old, redundant menu The only awesome market place game ive played is Hamster Ball With xbox, you get what you pay for.

It looks like a direct copy of Super Smash Brothers. I even thought it was Super Smash Brothers at first by the type of graphics and the cheesy backgrounds on the levels. At least Microsoft doesn't get desperate and copy the Wii completely. PSMove is a complete copy of the Wiimote and now this? Sony is to the video game industry as Will.i.am is to the music industry. They just copy everything that's already out there.

Even though I want a PS3 mainly for exclusive single player games, they haven't won. Not by a long shot.

Sony hasn't won... but the PS3 still has better hardware. Since it has split RAM (256x2) most games aren't ported well to the PS3 and therefore only use half of it's processing power. It has an NVIDIA-Made GPU (-blam!- yeah, Nvidia) and a 3.2 Ghz Cell Processor.

Your internet will continue to work perfectly fine, even if you stop paying Microsoft a monthly fee.[/quote] Perhaps I watered it down too much. Yes, my internet will continue to function normally without paying for XBL, but XBL is providing a service that I get for free through any other provider.
