Honestly, it takes years of constant activity, yet no one knows you? How is that possible? I don't get it.

I don't know most of the Mythic members posting in this topic.
Posted by: coolmike699 No one names me as someone they know right away. But I think people recognize me. I'm active in some groups, and I post a lot.
yeah, I recognize you.

Great question. People come and go. The good majority of the community that comes and goes doesn't even get to know the ninjas, employees, or anyone else. It would hardly surprise me if they didn't know a few mythics.
-
Most of the names are recognizable/familiar, even if unknown.
-
I'm really good at ignoring people, so it's no wonder I don't realize certain members exist for so long.
Posted by: Sniper McGee I don't post here anymore. I doubt more than 2 people recognize me.
Well, I of course recognize you dear Emmy. I am so popular and respected that I count as 10 people (no fat jokes), so at least a dozen people recognize you. Making you a liar with that reply. OT: I'm not mythic, so I guess my opinion is invalid. Non-mythics can't comment, or even ponder on the collective proclivities of the Mythic Community. Or, that's what they'd like you to believe. I, being a contratian by nature, don't really know, recognize, or even care about mythics. Most of you are simply not cool enough to draw my attention. There are of course a few exceptions, such as Emmy up there.
Posted by: SonicJohn Groupity groups, good sir. Also, I always thought activity was relative to signing in, and not posting.
I lose my mythic if I don't post on the mains at least once a day.

Depends which forum you post in.

Most members in general are unknown, why would being a mythic be any different.

Being an unknown mythic is exactly the correct mythic, as you get myths written about you. Thereby becoming more mythic as children worldwide hear of your exploits but no one is quite sure who you are.
We are as Mythic as the Gods!

Some myths fade in time... Some myths are kept away from the public... OT: I don't know any of you.
