Best place to repair armor in Fallout New Vegas?
I just got some paladin armor for helping out the Brotherhood, but it's in bad condition. What merchants would be able to help me repair it and what towns are they in?
Preferably in the NCR and New Vegas areas since Caesar hates my guts.

All New Vegas needed was some sort of thing like the "Your Vault only have X days of water left" or "Super Mutant will attack your Vault in X Days" to give the player some sort of direction until they solve that problem in the story.

Still don't have a very high repair skill or the items to repair it with, use my method: 1) [url=http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Repair#Non-player_characters_Who_Repair]Find one of these people.[/url] Careful who you kill, you may need them later. (Old Lady Gibson is pretty unimportant and therefor the best for this part.) 2) Get allll, of the -blam!- fixed that you can afford. 3) Now, here's my favorite part. Get that perk that allows you to repair it with pretty much any other armor.

Major Knight does a decent job. I'm sure there are better ones though.
