Some thing that I think should be created...
I think there should be one big thread that acts as a "hub" that contains all the important things new members need to read. It called be called "new members click here!" that way it would get there attention.
What do you guys think?

Instead of wasting time linking all the threads in one thread why not just leave them? Instead of that just put up a welcome message that directs users to read the code of conduct, rules and that FAQ. That would be easier and would be better in my opinion.

Sorry I thought you guys would have thought through it enough to understand what I meant. I meant you take the currently pinned threads off and have just one which has a link to all of them. So instead of half all the thread up the blocking space just have one.
