My theory of Halo 4 enemies

I seriously believe the enemy is mainly going to be ONI aka Office on Naval Intelligence.Because they are known to set up at installations like these and known to sacrifice UNSC personnel.Think about it.It definitely shows in the books, games, and minifilms from waypoint.

 • The halo array can indeed be limited to a solar system, we see this in cryptum with Charum hakkor and it was limited to a single planet with Janjur Qom.

Lets support ONI dragging a ring over sanghelios and Activating it, They want that. We can then mop of the technologies on that planet and the others will see how stupid they are.
Grey for president 2012
If the UNSC/ONI could limit Halo's pulse to just a solar system, then there is no reason why they would not do this. (Other than for some cop out happy ending) Find navigation data and they could do it to all of the Sangheili's colonies. It is not as if Humanity would realistically give a -blam!- about doing it either.

Not to mention The San Shyuum (truth) did betray the elites and would have had them wiped out. So there is no logical reason for them to follow that dogma anymore, if anything they should be fighting it.
I'm coming from a protestant reformation point of view here. Think more like "tweaking" the dogma into something that suits them more. Of course I'm going off the impression that some Elites still wish to follow said dogma. [Edited on 03.18.2012 3:36 PM PDT]

When he said "It doesn't make sense" he was talking about what teddy said in reference.

 •
Posted by: SrGtXX3rn0XX i read that also maybe it will be a new species or even something like the spartans!
Im not sure where you read that the new enemies may be something like spartans, but take this advice, if the source is not from 343 themselves, then it is likely false. However, you are probably right about the new species part, or at least, i think youre right. remember, at the end of the day, Halo is a video game, and it must sell, and not just well but really well. Most of the people who bought halo games in the past are the ones who dont come onto forums and discuss the story, but that doesn't mean they are not interested in it. 343 has to keep aliens as the enemy, otherwise it simply wouldn't be Halo anymore to veteran fans of the series. It would be more like Killzone (fighting humans on different planets, which, trust me is nowhere near as fun as Halo). Long story short, the new enemy in my humble opinion will be the species from terminal 5 in Halo CEA. However, they will just be the immediate threat. The real "threat to the Universe" is almost guaranteed to be the Precursors (if you read the forerunner saga you will likely agree with me). In this sense, im assuming that the precursors will be manipulating this species, and all the events in new trilogy. [Edited on 03.18.2012 2:03 PM PDT]

 • Im really baffled as to why people continue to suggest that they were talking about campaign. For the last time, 343i only brought 2 MP maps to the convention, (wraparound and warhouse) and were only showing off MP. so all the reviewers played ONLY MP, NOT CAMPAIGN. When the reviewer killed someone and took his BR, obviously he was talking about MP.

Even if it only happened once, the enemy Cop in ODST was an interesting surprise.
She was talking about Multiplayer -_-
All she was saying was that she killed a foe and picked up it's BR, she did not clarify whether it was in multiplayer or campaign. It could have been either, I'm merely expressing my thoughts on the possibilities.
