You CANNOT beat a Grizzly Spam in Halo Wars
3 Grizzlies killed 7 fully upgraded Cobras, 3 of which had Spartans in them. YOU CANNOT KILL THOSE DAMNED THINGS!

Those are rock tanks. My friend gets his spartans stars and puts them in Grizzlys and they are invincble. You have to out think them.

If you know how to play your Hunters, you can beat a Grizzly army, and if you know how to play your banshees, you can easily exterminate a Grizzly army. The times I've played, I've seen the Grizzly armies pull back instead of fighting against these armies and finding a way around them. I have almost 500 hours put into Halo Wars. Trust me, I know what I'm saying.

Grizzlies are quite weak against aerial vehicles, all they can use is their chain guns. Get some vultures (maybe 4 or 5 or so) and you'll be fine. Scarabs just outmatch almost everything... 3 Grizzlies would be a piece of cake for them. And Hawks would just overwhelm them. Although you did say rush... You'd need to be a good player to be able to get them. Like a [i]really[/i] good player.

Aerial craft would like to have a word with you. And I somehow doubt Cobra railguns--and 7 at that--didn't destroy the Grizzlies. I saw a Cobra column go up against 4 Scarabs in a video; the Cobras won.
