Hello. I have come to you with a very serious problem. This site is flooded with some bad moderators (Though, some are good) Now, I know many people have addressed this problem to you, but it has still remained. One moderator I see bad for the job (Though a nice person) Her name is snickerdoodle. I will give you many reasons why she is unfit for her job after I explain some things.
Now it looks like snickerdoodle sucked her way up to becoming a moderator. Now if this is true, this would be a case of lay investiture. Lay investiture is when a person with power chooses his/her friends or family to take a right of power, even if they unfit for the job. This was common in the Middle Ages and I'm afraid it's happening here. She is clearly unfit for the job for so many reasons.
I'll give you an example. So I saw a thread today about a "Shield Burst Ability" Idea. Now snickerdoodle called the OP a troll and derailed his thread. She also spammed the thread, and instead of warning people about staying on topic, she gave in and said he was troll, etc. This is a sign that she is unfit for the job. And plus she locked it for no reason.
I hope you can replace the mods I have mentioned [/quote]

I made a thread over there about the mute ban for -blam!-s and gigs and laugh at what people over there say, although that wasn't completely why. Apparently Snickerdoodle thinks I'm dangerously close to flaming. The worst possible thing I said was "Waypoint kids" but there are hundreds of things I could of said that are worse. 343i forums are rubbish, and there is no reason for even being on them in the first place. The people who tainted and sullied the Reach Forum moved over there a long time ago, and because of that transition, the 343i are also rubbish.

Most of the mods at 343i can't take any criticism or jokes, that's why they're terrible. At least our Ninjas can take a joke and actually know when it's time to lock a thread.

I've heard a lot of complaints regarding the moderators at 343i. Can anyone point to specific threads that can support these arguments?
