okay let me ask this, for anti aliasing there is: 16XQ CSAA, 16X CSAA and for filtering mode there is: Anisotropic 16x, Bilinear, and Trilinear I dont understand sorry

You don't need it, but if you have a good PC that can run the game well while having AA on, then do so.
