Which one is the most powerful?
don't say star wars or halo because if so you are wrong
or more specifically: which faction can beat the 40K universe?

Celestial Being from Mobile Suit Gundam 00. 00 Qan[t] man. 00 Qan[t]. Or else Moonlight Butterfly Turn A wins.
-
Integrated Data Sentient Entity.
-
Probably the Downstreamers.
-
Forerunners or Precursors, followed by the Sith Order.
Posted by: darkcrusader117
Posted by: Xd00999 Nope. In the new Necron Codex it mentions that C'Tan are essential to the fabric of reality (The exact quote being "part of the fundamental fabric of actuality"). To defeat them "The Necrons focussed the unimaginable energies of the living universe into weapons too mighty for even the C'Tan to endure." Both Quotes are from page 7 of the codex. The Precursors are Trans-Sentient beings. We know from the Forerunners that their tech was beyond even theirs. that has to be powerful enough to make it to the list.
reality bomb still guarantees dalek victory

Halo. The large amount of ships they have combined with the MAC, power of the plasma cannons on covenant ships an their failsafe device-halo, they are unstoppable.

Just pointing that out.
While it could work, that is a handful of weapons that would be useful against a race that percieved reality on a transsentient scale; and even then, provided it does work, since the foundational concept of Neural Physics, that life and the universe itself are linked, is a concept that, between 40K and Halo, is unique to the later.
im still going with daleks as they would likely try to kill the universe again

No biological matter = no flood/Zerg units.
im saying if they succesfully infected every other sentient race. after that the forces of chaos would likely run out of sufficient forces and retreat to the warp while the necrons get overrun by everything else and begin to break
You are changing the circumstances. The Flood/Zerg would not be able to infect because Chaos and the Necrons would block them at every turn.
very likely but in the scenario i described chaos and necrons would be hard pressed to stop them

Asgard from Stargate SG-1 Or the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica (for their ability to penetrate and sabotage with their "skin job" models.)
