My dog survives on human food. Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms, pizza, burgers, he's even climbed on the table and drank my Coca-Cola a few times... One time he even ate my whole steak too... =(
Posted by: AgelessEridor A frosted flake every now and then = happy dog, no worries. A bowl of frosted flakes every morning with you = dead/very sick
Pretty much. Dogs can eat most human foods (avoiding obvious things like turkey, chocolate, blue berries etc) in small amount with no trouble. But due to the processing and high sugar of some of them, too much may harm the dog.
The cereal was first introduced in 1951 as Sugar Frosted Flakes. The word "sugar" was dropped from the product in the 1980s during a time when many cereals dropped "sugar" from their title.
I'm hungry now.
Posted by: ian11214 It's not uncommon for things to have different names in different countries. Walkers are called Lays over there.
Hha I know but sometimes you have differnet adverts and mascots for them. Its odd for the food just to have a name change like Kit Kats they are called the ame everywhere but the American slogan is different.
Posted by: the panzie man Dogs that are fed sugary food tend to have a tendency to get worms more often. If you have that covered, I don't see much worry in doing it on the rare occasion.
Panzie is correct, the same with cats too.
