I can't tell if my call worked or not, but they sent me an e-mail with a service number and shipping label... how can I tell if it is free or not? Is there a way to view the cost of the repair on the Xbox support page? I could not find one. I will be really annoyed if I ship my Xbox to the repair center, only to have them call me and say I need to pay $99 for the repair... [Edited on 11.29.2009 2:56 PM PST]
