Now CoD steals infection from halo...
No joke. They call it "Infected". They didn't even bother to change the name. This is why I hate CoD. Not because the games aren't fun, but because I would prefer not to support a developer who does not come up with their own ideas, recycles many things from old games, and puts little effort into the work.

I remember a thread that said that Gears of War 2 stole Halo 3's flamethrower. Because Bungie was the first to create a flamethrower and an infection gametype in a video game.

People like to take others ideas and improve on it. I hate COD, but accept that us humans can't just come up with everything ourselves. Deal with it :P

Infection comes from Halo 2 where people would play a game called "Zombies" which was an adaptation of the counter strike game.

Was not Halo's idea however they did try to put it into their game and fail, not just badly, they failed misribly, it is one of the worst game modes to enter a game to date other than S&D.
