Where can I buy/ find the Clairvoyance spell in Skyrim?

At the Beginning, If you go with Rafol, you can find a tome of the clairvoyance spell in the same room as the room with 5 dragon tongue flowers, with a iron greatsword and iron warhammer hanging on the wall, this room also includes a treasure chest. I bought it at the riverwood general store. ask the clerk for spells.

I've found 2 clairvoyance tomes already and I've only been playing for 9 hours. But Whiterun is your best bet.
