Was Macmillan from CoD4 in MW3?
That Baseplate guy on the radio, he has a scottish Accent. And when speaking to Price, he says 'You still owe me from Pripyat.'
Are they the same person? Just a thought.

Price says that bad guys use Chernobyl a decade later (after the incident, 1986) to get their hands on nuclear material. COD 4 is set 15 years after that, putting it in 2011. MW2 and MW3 are set 5 years after COD 4.
