Is Chief Mendez A Spartan I?
Title for Reference.
We all know for example that Sgt. Johnson is a Spartan I, he is a kickass marine and loves the battle. Now also i think that Chief Mendez could be another Spartan I, since he is also another kickass marine and loves fighting and is pretty much fearless like Johnson. I dont know about you guys but i see the traits of a Spartan there. Plus he is a crack shot, even the Spartan II's wonder what type of Spartan II he would have made...

correct me if I'm wrong but if Sgt forge was a spartan l then in halo wars wouldn't he be suited up because its the spartan l's in halo wars chief Mendez most probably yes
