Who's The Original Person Who Invented Halo's Story?

Jason Jones. Halo 2 might have involved others but credit has to go to Jason and Joe.

Like said, Jason Jones was the forefather of the Halo story. And, thanks to the help of the latter, the Halo story developed and flourished.
