Halo Reach: Alternate Backgrounds for the Menu??
Has anyone else noticed some times your Main Menu screen is different? Anyone know why the background changes some times?
Some people say it's by playing a Campaign mission, some say it's just random.
I just don't know. It's cool though, just unknown why.
Not trolling. Decided to ask/post since my background for the main menu changed last night.
Also, the picture changes even when I start up Reach. SO it's at random for me.

The other images are pictures of the main menu and they change based on your current campaign progress. The title menu is always the same.

*OP UPDATED* Cool cool. Alright so it's Campaign related. I guess i can ask another question then. Can you make it stay at the alternative background as a default?

The 'alternative' one appears when you're on the lobby menu (choice of gametype). Your 'everyone sees this' one appears when you're on the main menu (start campaign/continue campaign). Each gametype has its own background (selecting forge will give you a forge world background, for example), and some campaign missions (like new alexandria) will cause a different background to appear.

Campaign related. My favourite one is the Falcon in the super city.

It goes by whatever campaign mission you have currently selected.

There is also the New Alexandria background if you saved and quitted there.
