4chan is the most retarded place on the internet
Recently I started visiting 4chan a lot and I think it's the most retarded place on the internet, even more retarded than the Reach forum.

Most things people think about 4chan are just misconceptions. It's an all right place to discuss topics of your interest, but just know that due to everyone being anonymous, there is definitely lots of elitism when it comes to personal opinions. Yes, there's boards like /b/ that make 4chan known for that "bad site for bad people" but really, the only reason that board is full of many disturbing images and whatnot is because it isn't moderated, it isn't possible with that many people posting every second and the owner of the website doesn't give a damn because that's what the board is for, random things. Whether they be NSFW or not. You don't go to 4chan for /b/, you go there to see what boards they have that pertain to you and you visit them to see if the people there discuss the things you care about.
