Bungie Studios sued by Microsoft for production of Halo 4!!!
This explains why the mods weren't here!

The producers of "Halo Wars" also may be sued for the same reason as the head administrators of Bungie Studios had not given any other producers the right to create a game under the Halo title. Well, they misspelled employee. And isn't Frankie a 343 employee, not a Microsoft employee? And Halo Wars would not get sued for the same thing. If Bungie/Microsoft didn't approve of it, they wouldn't have offered new maps with the limited edition, would they? PURE BS.
