Forerunner Warrior-Servant vs Predator
Title for reference.
My opinion is somewhat biased, so I will not post my thoughts.

The Forerunners have Halo. They can simply reduce the firing power so that it can only affect a planet, then use it on all of their worlds! The Predator's worlds will burn until it's like glass.
