Yes and no. Back in H3 played Team Slayer and MLG. Went up against a team that SEEMED to be MLG... so not sure. Could have been a fake "pro group" or stupid clan. Lol clans! :P

Beating pros over Xbox Live does not mean you should go pro. You would likely be smashed in the 2nd round of the circuit, thus not allowing you to be classified as 'pro'.

I know that the MLG pro Fear is Sickk was played on that iN4TI0N account, and Fear is good friends with Arkanum. Okay, you're obviously leagues above me so don't take this the wrong way, but it's kind of hard to brag about beating 1-2 pros when you had two on your team. I would be much more impressed if you beat an actual team of MLG pros as opposed to a team that just has 1 or 2. I am impressed by Shadowstrike1's game there, as that was actually a "full team" of MLG pros obviously working well in tandem (even though Neighbor got destroyed). I mean, when you're playing a team that has a pro and a bunch of randoms, it's much easier to gain map control, control power weapons, etc. And in that game when you had Fear and Arkanum on your team, you had total map control and was working the spawn trap like 10 kills in. Breaking map control when the other team consists entirely of pros, etc. is much more impressive to me. Especially when all those pros held their own despite having the inferior team. On topic, I haven't beaten any MLG pros in Reach, but I have gotten matched up against them (parties of 4) even though I search the MLG playlist alone. I got destroyed by SK and Hysteria and I forgot who else was on their team, but I did ruin SK's perfection (he had a running riot going and I was his 1 death). Another game I got beat by Heinz, Tizoxic, Symbollic Munn (I think he's an "MLG coach"), and someone else-- and to make it even worse, some -blam!- on our team quit out before the game started so we had 3 randoms vs. the 4 of them. Also in that game, I almost out-DMRed Heinz, getting the first shot on him and getting him down to one shot, but he turned around and sprinted behind cover while two of his teammates killed me. It was so close to being a nice clip in my file share with a 1v1 DMR battle against Heinz, but alas. Both of those games I went severely negative. [Edited on 07.20.2011 11:58 PM PDT]

(Although the guy is decent) Then by coincidence I played with him later in a [url=http://www.bungie.net/stats/reach/gamestats.aspx?gameid=713259717&player=xI%20Insidious%20Ix]custom game[/url] which I consider a win because when I joined he was up 25. I have, however, beat a [url=http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/GameStats.aspx?gameid=706226954&player=xI%20Insidious%20Ix]semi-pro[/url] in a custom game, but I never match them in MM. Halo 2: I was friends with the brothers of one of the XiT Woundz guys, so I got to play a lot of FFA customs with them. I believe I won a couple of those. Halo 3: Got destroyed by Hysteria in Double Team. Whoever he had with him is irrelevant, because he got backpacked. Reach: Got back at Hysteria. Him and SK were rolling with six guys who were paying to play with them in BTB. We pooped on them. Not that impressive since it wasn't in MLG, but it felt good anyway. Got paired up with Roy searching alone in MLG. Kinda wish I wasn't on his team just to see how I could've done.

your dumb to be good you dont have to be a tryhard. You are just plain better then the rest of the people on the game a tryhard is an average palyer that tinks they are good so to prove something to others they try there little 8=D's off so that they can make themselfs feel good. there isnt really that much of a gap between a good player and a pro player. a pro player is just someone that has put the extra time in to make a team that they play with all the time...witch if i recall is what half of the -blam!-s on here complain about anyway...and you are to scared to put up your gt on here so people can look and laugh at you about you trying so hard and still sucking. that just looks like false hope to me. So by your logic you should kill your self right?
