This sounded like a great feature, until I realised its just another one of Bungie/Microsoft's excuses to extort money from their fans. Seriously, 1 point a month for bungie Pro members?! If you're planning on charging 5 points a minute for an HD clip, that's a pretty low blow. How much will it cost to buy points? If it really does cost ttoo much people would be better off simply getting a capture card. It's not all about money!
