Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

I have several accounts that even my kids play on with their own xbox that I have purchased multiple games or maps. Never again. I was already banned for a week after these, why should I have another punishment after I've learned my lesson? :(

I was reset once for afking but now I got reset again? I don't really understand why, since I stopped afking as soon as I got reset the first time. My gamertag is Knockout0ne please tell me why I'm reset again?

I was in a regular game of griffball... but after the game my credits went nuts and reset to 1 credit. I havnt done anything I should be banned for. In all of my HALO REACH gaming I've only dane one thing and BUNGIE already punished me for it(2 months ago). I got it for idleing in firefight( 24 hr bann). I havent done anything wrong after that. I dont think they would punish me again for the same event, do U? this time I got a credit reset and i cant earn credits for 2 weeks.can u find a way to tell bungie im sorry for what ever i did(NOTHING).i rly want my credits and my hero rank back. -ZERO NINJA720

For the record, it should've been warning enough when everyone on the forums was asking for a mass ban against AFKers, because people don't request bans that aren't reasonable.

Congrats on pushing what little bit of fans you still had left. I'm now going to go by call of duty black ops for a second time. I originally sold it cause all i play is halo. Night and day halo, campaign, ff,matchmaking, and forge!! Loved the game even when everyone was leaving. I will admit i did afk back in nov-dec time frame because it was all the rage to do it while i was at work( ive been in the military for 8 years love the support of troops you guys posted on the main page today!) Once you guys said not to do it I strayed away. Hopefully ill come back in 2 weeks and see my rank restored and will continue back in halo. If not I'll sale this game or wait til 343 takes over and maybe they can correct your erroprs and if not theres halo 4!

Welp, I can't say this is unwarranted. Full party boosting is one thing, but being AFK in Firefight matchmaking and harming the experience of 3 other people is another entirely. My only regret? You at Bungie wasted time banning over your little token economy operant conditioning rather than fixing this game.
