Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

Jeremiah, I apreciate your efforts to maintain legit matchmaking, especaily wth the afk players in firefight, theyre the most anoying! However youve reset the wrong guy! ME!!! IVE NEVER ATTEMTED AN AFK GAME, OR BOOSTING OF ANYKIND!!! WHY AM I BEING PENALIZED, WHEN I'VE ONLY EVER BEEN THE VICTIM OF AFK OR HOSTBRIGE OR HOSTBOOT OR WHEN THEY SPLIT THE GAME SO IM ON MY OWN!!! YOU GO AND INVESTIGATE EVERY GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED!!! IVE EARNED EVERY KILL AND IVE DONE THE WORK!!! IF I DONT GET EVERY CREDIT BACK THAT I'VE EARNED, I WILL NEVER PLAY ANOTHER BUNGIE GAME, FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE!!! I WILL EVEN GET RID OF MY HALO MEGA BLOCKS, MY REACH 360 AND MY LEGENDARY STATUE!!!

Hi again Jeremiah, i understand now after your second post, that i may have been reset for spliting up firefight arcade games so i could play through them myself, i only thought of this as more of a challange, and it was introduced to me in that manner, I only tried doing this very recently and as of now i will never be doing it again, but im asking of you to at least be a little understanding for my, and im sure many other peoples situation. I had no idea this was considered bad at the time i was doing so, if i had known i never wouldve done such. I still think the reseting of all my time spent on this game since september of last year is unjust, but in saying so i can abide by and agree to the 2 week suspension from earning credits. I just ask of you to at least return my rank and credits from all the time i have spent playing multiplayer and campaign, you can take all my firefight credits away even though im sure only a small fraction of them were done unknowingly wrongly. I apologize for any wrong doing on firefight and even thought it was minimal i will never be doing such again. -Dragxn p.s. sorry i first posted this on the wrong forum

I have just recently got on Reach and noticed I am a recruit. I just did the weekly challenge today for 9000 credits and then got off the game. I got back on the game later during the day to play with my friends and then noticed that I am a recruit for no reason. Also it said I have been banned for 2 weeks. What did I do wrong to deserve this? I would really appreciate it if you guys can look into this problem of mine. You can check my game history also and see that I did not do anything wrong.

jeremiah, could you please investigate my ban i know there was 1 on the 18/5/2011 on crashsite but 2 of the other 3 who lagged out never got banned cause one is my partner and the other is my mate, yet they havent been banned. [Edited on 05.24.2011 5:57 PM PDT]
