The one time I clicked on a fql link I restarted the whole computer...

If you can actually click the close button, a pop-up can come up in some foreign language that you can't read. It has two choices that pretty much opens the same pop-up again. Thus, people must restart their computer in order to get rid of it.
You know there is a thing called task manager or even alt+ f4?

I never get out of it, because I'm not so easily fooled to click the link anyway. And even if I do, I've set my computer to block the website, a precaution which I haven't needed yet.
-
Ctrl, Alt, Del is the easiest.
-
I stick to chrome now, so I don't need to worry, but I just used task manager to shut it off, after opening a new program to cover over it :P

I feel sad for the people that actually click on that link and are forced to watch it because every time I click on it my antivirus blocks it. Also OP did you try task manager or alt f4?
-
Posted by: BrokenWhale Can you not Alt+F4, or Ctrl+Alt+Delete?
When you click on a link and meatspin starts playing, its hard to remember all the alts and ctrls because your near to having a freakin heart attack.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete. It's saved my sanity more than once.

Maybe click on that X button in the top right corner of the screen? Herp-derp much? [Edited on 05.23.2011 12:45 PM PDT]

Google Chrome lets you make the website not pop those things up.
-
Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then use the task manager to kill browser.
-
Why do people have to restart their computers? The one time I fell for it I just closed the tab.
-
google chrome after the second popup asks would you like to block popups from this site. right after I click the checkbox and hit ok. the site closes.
-
Looking at the bottom left corner before clicking a suspicious link helps a lot.
-
Task Manager and end the application.
