The Bungie Weekly Update
Lots of interesting little fun things today, including some teasing about Halo 3 single and multiplayer modes and a small collection of new Waaahmbulance emails. Cheaters never prosper, and apparently never spell correctly either.

Sorry i don't ever believe that they are banning that many people from matchmaking. unless they release gamertags that have been banned then it's just b.s. I cannot get passed rank 33 to 34 to save my life cause everytime i play i get bridged, modded, or they just stanby me. it's a joke.

This is a great update, because it shows how retarded bungie is. How can you say that your game is doing just fine with the weapon balance(or non-balance) you have, when you are down over 1.5 MILLION games per month? Just because it is the same as the launch date doesnt mean its right on track, it means it is declining and will soon die out. I am not a halo 2 hater i happen to love the game and think the weapon balance needs work but it playable however, you do not take critism well at all and try to show us these half-ass stats that show that the gamers saying halo is dying are correct.

I think you have yor killtaculars and killtrocitys mixed consider if you got 5 kiltrocitys then youd have at least 5 killtacs plus your 1 in case u did confuse them and would like to know their order it goes kill Double kill Triple kill Killtacular Kill frenzy Killtrocity Killamanjaro

Technically Host isnt random it usually goes to the person with the best connection i get host ALOT i dont bridge and donmt have people do it for me but i do know ways to force host on myself people say they dont work but they do also bungie if you count forcing host on yourself(without bridgeing that is) cheating please tell me so i can stop so i dont get banned i mean ive done it since i learned how and it seems to work and i have yet to be banned but if it is cheating please tell me thanks

Hey Frankie, I have kept up with most of your posts on the website, and I must say that this one has been the best so far! I personally like the "Waaahmbulance emails." I personally cannot stand cheaters on Xbox Live, but hey, what can you do about it? There will always be cheaters so... just suck it up, and get back to the game! If they want to cheat, let them get banned. I have and always will remain a honest player. By the way, I am looking forward to Halo 3 very much! It would be nice for a tidbit or two here and there. I dont know if this will get edited out or whatever but if you go to Triplekill.com and search for a Gamertag it will tell you your overall rank and also percentages untill your next level on each playist and even a percentage on your overall rank i use it alot its a great sit if you want to know an exact percentage of your level

di you read the update he said EXPLOSIONS since when does a Flamethrower explode and i doubt the flamethrower will be in Halo 3 considering that its not really a High -Tech weapon maybe some sort of fireball cannon could pass but otherwise i doubt any weappon with fire will make the cut (why do you think they didnt put the flamethrower from Halo PC in Halo 2)

Did you ever think maybe he forgot the layout because he played a "2 Hour session" of Halo 3 i know that sometimes when i play a different game for an extended stretch of time i forget which button does what and where things are mind you i remember after a minute of playing but still.....also you might want to take into consideration that he may have loved his Halo 3 session so much that he CHOSE to block out burial mounds because it paled in comparison to whatever map/maps he might have been playing on.

Seeing as Team SWAT is so popular, do you guys ever see it becoming ranked? Like team snipers? I have been doing really good in it and having much more fun than normal matchmaking, not because its unranked, but because I own at SWAT. Wanna know why? Because when H2 came out my friend created a game called Own Ya that was exactly like SWAT and it was our warmup game for awhile there. I also think that Modders wouldn't be a problem, because once in a custom FFA SWAT game I was playing with 3 modders and a few other people and I got a killtrocity (Managing to kill all 3 modders and one of them twice.) I played all of last night and I got one Killtrocity and like 5 killtacs. Anybody else agree that it should be ranked? - Sly EDIT: Also, on the note of "Bridging for host so you don't get modded." I suggest you get "Box Host" and you usually won't get modded since your team essencially created the game. [Edited on 6/10/2006]

Once again, a great update. Keep the complaints coming, cause there's nothing like some modders' complaint e-mails to brighten up someone's day.

definantly my favorite thing to see in all of those people that got banned are the ones who say "i was only bridging to get host". if they just thought about what they said before they said it, they would notice that host is random, so forcing it is cheating.
