Can you dual wield energy swords in halo 2? and if so how?

Halo 2 mod's allowed you to duel wield swords. Other than that no you couldn't. I think it would have been cool if they had made an easter egg of a high ranking elite you've never seen before duel wielding swords in campaign, somewhere though, in any halo.

Yes, but it requires you mod. I remember hearing it was coding in the game at first, they just never completed the work. [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SszCLDM4PF8&feature=related]Thats why it's a little hard to see past you're second sword.[/url] And why the Spartan moves the second sword when the player becomes inactive. Sorry for the bad quality.

Only Halo game that I know that allows you to duel wield energy swords is Halo Wars. The Arbiter as a covenant leader, carries with him duel energy swords as part of his leader abilities. Otherwise no, you can't duel wield energy swords in the other Halo games. Besides that would be overkill and pointless, cause the Halo 2 energy sword had unlimited usage in the games multiplayer and it was a 1 hit ko weapon most of the time.

It's kind of weird seeing Spartans do it though. I prefer it to be Elite only. It's treated as a powerup in MLG (LOL) coz some players can escape across the map in like two seconds.[/quote] if you set the usage to unlimited you can do it a lot faster, lol i use it to make easy sword kills.

It takes away the uniqueness to the Elites imo.[/quote]Yeah, it is unique but Elites can dive, Arbiter can't so that has bugged me (not a lot). I can see armor preventing MC from ninja moves so it is more an Arbiter thing I guess. I'm not much for online so I have no idea of the difference it would make for that aspect.
