People who use ALL legendaries in pokemon battles.
How does the flood deal with these annoyances?

Beat them. Most people I know who do that just rare candy them to lvl 100 so they have terrible stats.

I tend not to use legendaries. I catch 6 pokemon and that's me, I don't like exess. Legendaries get stored.
