Attack of the New Guy: Jon Cable
Every now and then we have the good manners to introduce you to new team members. This is one of those rare occasions, and it's an intern! We rarely have interns and when we do, they tend to have radical skillz. Jon Cable is no exception, joining us from the University of Michigan to get his stripes, or at least first blood, as an engineering intern. He's not old enough to drink booze, so we were gentle with him.

Congrats Jon. While you're learning, how about jumping into the code and give us back unlimited grenades. Us old men 30+ love having plasma grenade fights. As great as H2 is we really miss that feature. Just pretend this is posted by 30 other old guys...however many more we need to make it so and sneak in late at night.

Umm...Jon is not very smart because he went to Michigan. He obviously doesnt know that Ohio State owns Michigan's ass at everything in life and that the state of Michigan as a whole is a -blam!- hole. Go Buckeyes! EDIT: I am also a proud owner of a Muck Fichigan shirt that I proudly every year on the second or third Saturday in November. [Edited on 5/19/2006]

Jon, congratulations on your new gig. I wish you the best of luck, and have the utmost confidence in your future succes. And I'm sure most Halo fans would say the same. Your past successes sound pretty radical as well. Not that you should live in the past. But it's better than saying you used to be a car thief until you recently decided to give programming Halo 3 a shot. Because that kind of background wouldn't instill confidence. Which I suppose is an example of discrimination. But, that's life.

Jon was my teacher at Michigan. He had us make minesweeper for one of our projects. Pretty radical.
