What the hell does urk mean by "riffing off"?!
Rumors are being passed around as much as stosh's mom recently, but in the recent week or so there were no rumors. A Bungie employee said their game is an MMO. Now, urk comes along and writes that that was a joke. Then he said the guy joked on it being an MMO to (and I quote) "riff off" the rumors of the game being one.
SO IS IT DEFINATELY NOT AN MMO OR POSSIBLY AN MMO?!
WHAT THE -blam!- DOES URK MEAN BY "RIFFING OFF"?!
THIS IS -blam!- TORTURE, BUNGIE! TORTURE!!!
Please announce something soon... :)

It kinda means he was improvising the joke, fleshing it out in response to the rumours.
