Posted by: kingofsmash1 The Brute Chopper is named after something of the supernatural?
Brute equipment doesn't follow the Covenant naming trends. Most of it alludes to their primitive, predatory and ape-like nature (chop(per), prowl(er), maul(er), etc.) The Scarab, too, doesn't follow convention but that's because it isn't a drivable vehicle but rather a mobile assault platform.
-
other UNSC vehicles include: 1.Vulture 2.Wolverine 3.Falcon 4.Rhino 5.Cobra That's about it.
-
Most UNSC vehicles with a small number of operators (1-3) are named after animals. Here are the counterexamples: Sabre Longsword Shortsword Cyclops Gremlin
-
The Sabre Tooth Was More Closely Related To A Lion, A Sabre Is A Type Of Dagger Or Short Sword............
Posted by: E435672
Posted by:MarkTehShark97 NO, a "Hornet" is an insect, not an animal. /thread

Posted by:DeltaFiveZero Congratulations, you managed to crack the code! Well, not all of them (i.e., Sabre).
@ MarkTehShark97 and insect is still a creature and @ DeltaFiveZero, Sabre as in Sabre tooth tiger.

Posted by: DeltaFiveZero Congratulations, you managed to crack the code! Well, not all of them (i.e., Sabre).
lol
-
only purple ones isnt that odd (not including scarab as its not drivable)
Posted by: nobody6400 Yeah, and almost all Covenant vehicles (not ships or Scarab) are named after spirits: - spirit - phantom - ghost - spectre - revenant - banshee
-
It seems that way to me.
-
Cyclops, Gremlin. both from halo wars.
-
Posted by: Scourgewar Its not a warthog its a puma lol
I lol'd
-
You guys have took this in the wrong direction, I know they're is vehicles named after animals but I wanted to know some that aren't.
-
Warthog. Mongoose. There seems to be a pattern here.
-
yea,I mean hadn't u noticed that from halo CE? also covenant vechiles are named after mythic creatures ships like cruisers aren't named after something u should of noticed though...
