IS THE ARBITOR GONE???????
no arbitor in trailer. probably wont play a big part in the game (yes! thank you God!)

I personally hope he doesn't have such a Huge roll in H3 as he had in H2. Like Halo 1 was really all about how the Humans had to deal with Halo and how this new new threat called The Flood came into play, then Halo 2 was about how the Covenant had to then deal with what happened with Halo and the Flood. Now it just kinda feels the're done with the Covenant side of things for the most part... like we understand things about the Brutes and how they came into things.. how the Elites are ending things with the Covenant..and how the Covenant are really misguided about what the Halo rings really do. Now with Halo 3 I dont mind tottaly hate the idea of bringing back the Arbiter, but if they do I hope they keep his role in the game to a low. Cause right now the Covenant are all over earth things are going FUBAR for humanity and it just Kinda feels like The Chief was there this wholl thing went bad... its now his time to finish it once and for all the good old human way of blowing the crap out of everything in sight. Plus I do understand they cant just stop the wholl story of The Arbiter and The Sarge, even if they explained most of that in Cutscense and very little gameplay I think that would be for the best. Time to move over mister Arbiter... Chief has to finish things :P

I agree the Arbiter better be in Halo 3 or else I'm knockin down the Bungie doors and I'm goin to slap everyone of them in the face! The Arbiter is auesome and I agree also he needs to get better campaign missions....[b]NO MORE FLOOD!!![/b]

For sure.. For a person who is not into the halo games they will be interested in seeing a massive cyborg soldier. Chucking in the Arbiter for the sakes of a games trailer for the uninitiated would confuse people..

The arbitor made the game better. The only downside to playing as him was the large number of levels with Flood. Other than that, the Arbitor was kickass

HALO 3 *drools* - The arbiter was a little annoying, especially when your getting into the MC plot and BAM, in comes the arbiter. And I also think they shoulda ended H2 with the MC, I mean WTF?!?!

I like how they did the mc and the arbitors campaign mixed it made things interesting and of course arbitor is in halo 3 der.

Of course the Arbiter is in the game. He's with Johnson and Miranda. He went to the Ark 343 told him about. I think the Ark is the underground relic in the anoucement.

Buddy (fart of war) obviously the arbiter is in halo3, and obviously you're going to playing as him in the game. why would bungie sacrifice the element of their franchise to implement a character that wouldn't play a leading role in the final chapter of the greatest game on earth? because they're not. get over it. the arbiter is here to stay. here here

No, he's still there. Good thing he's still there, he was a great character addition to the second.
