Is it a good idea to eat Chick Fil A for dinner after a workout?

Maybe just the chicken. Don't get a chicken sandwhich unless you're going to throw away the bread. The bread is so buttery. If you really want chick-fil-a, I'd stick with chicken nuggets with no sauce or anything. And the teas, lemonade, and sodas all have alot of sugar.

While I do see a bit of hypocrisy in my own argument, I like to see companies who donate to those in need, but I do not like to see companies who support a cause against civil rights; while both are supporting causes they deem appropriate, I see problems with the latter.
