Hey Bungie, how can i contact 343 Studios?
I created a thread in the Reach forums that is growing in popularity, and I was wondering, since the thread is DLC related, how can I contact 343 Studios in order to present this thread/idea to them, because I heard that you no longer are doing DLC for reach, and they are.
Could you please let me know? Thanks.

[/quote]I don't know what kind of number you're looking for so let's explore two options. The first is that you're asking for a private line to the company headquarters so that you can tell an employee of 343 industries how your idea is better than a professional's who has been in the industry for years. They don't do this because they don't want to have to hire people (for a video game company) whose sole purpose would be to handle the influx of calls that would occur if they had a public number. What you're most likely looking for is a customer service number. Calls of that nature would be handled by Microsoft Customer Service (the company which owns 343 industries). I'd ask you kindly not to call these people because, first, there are people with actual problems that need to get through. Second, you would only end up embarrassing yourself and the customer service rep, while appearing to agree with you, would eventually hang up and would most certainly not pass on your ideas. The closest you could get is posting it on the Waypoint forums. Though if you are really determined try messaging an admin there.
