Challenge: Kill the Skirmisher on Winter Contingency
After meeting the civilians and moving into the building with the tortured marines, your motion tracker picks up movement outside.
More accurately, that movement is a skirmisher on top of your building. If you sprint outside, toward the next building, that skirmisher can be seen jumping to the next building.
Your challenge is to sprint outside and shoot down that Skirmisher before he disappears. You're window of opportunity is small, but it looks like it can be done.

I have no video of it because I did it a while back, but it is really easy. Just sprint into the open area so you're there before it is and you'll have no problem killing it. It's actually rather disappointing. I was hoping for an egg or something, but no, you get to the next room where you're actually supposed to find everyone and the jackal is still outside and the same number run at you. Sadness.

In the Theater, the camera won't let you advance to follow that Skirmisher's movements until after the next load scene. I'd like to shoot the little bastard, then see if there is a Skirmisher on the metal roof later. That'll tell me if they're one and the same. Fun fact: That skirmisher, when he first appears on your radar tracker, is minuscule (likely ONE INCH high, or so). As he runs around on the roof, he grows exponentially until he jumps off. This can be seen in the Theater. Play through the level until you see the radar tracker movement, then quit out, and see your Skirmisher grow like a dehydrated sponge!

It's pretty easy. Just whip out your pistol and wait for it to jump into the bushes on the ledge.

Yeah I do it every time I play that level. Tisn't incredibly difficult.
