Start with: -20 = -20
Which is the same as: 16-36 = 25-45
Which can also be expressed as: (2+2) 2 (9 X (2+2) = 52) 9 X 5
Add 81/4 to both sides: (2+2) 2 (9 X (2+2) + 81/4 = 52) 9 X 5 + 81/4
Rearrange the terms: ({2+2}) 9/2) 2 = (5-9/2) 2
Ergo: 2+2 - 9/2 = 5
Hence: 2 + 2 = 5
This was calculated in Gaelic BTW.

you are missing terms to show your equation. In the second line you are missing operators to express the equation correctly. You have (9 x (2 + 2) = 36 But before that you have (2 + 2)2 unless that is meant to be an exponent in which case you would use the ^ symbol and you forgot a - symbol in there as well... Also, 9/2 = 4.5 So 2+2 - 4.5 = -0.5 and not 5. 2 + 2 - 9 / 2 = 4 - 4.5 = -0.5 Your troll math is fail.
