My hands shake slightly when I extend them out. I mean VERY slightly, and it is hardly noticeable, and does not affect my skills with a guitar. Will I get rejected for service for this condition?

I highly doubt it - pilots rarely have their hands outstretched and on the ground I don't think it would matter (oh no, I could hit someone with a wrench if I walk like a zombie! ;)

Let me bust out some facts then. Army has more navel vessels, aircraft, and land vehicles than any other branch. Not to mention 4x the amount of people. They have more combat arms jobs than any other, more non combat arms jobs as well. If you are looking for opportunity then join the Army. If you like the sea, then join the Navy. People that say that you travel more in the Navy are right in that you will "sea" more ocean than any man ever really wants. But if you want to experience different CULTURES, then the Army is for you. We have Army bases all over the world.
The Army also loses 25% of all deployed units and that is just in Afghanistan alone... And I never made this a competition, I was only making a suggestion.
Not when they are SpecOps related (my profession). And the way you worded your post made it seem like it. No biggey though, we are all on the same side after all. [Edited on 12.19.2010 3:21 AM PST]

Did you mean Slight of Hand...that would be an advantage.

Join the Army instead. More options. More chances to fly if that's what you want, and more posts around the world. [Edited on 12.19.2010 3:02 AM PST]
Posted by: BarrierBreaker7
Posted by: AmazingMilto Probably, but then again...you could be a Captain...with a pistol that can destroy tanks!
What?
It's from Saving Private Ryan.

it's great for ADS!
-
I think they would still accept you if it's only a slight hand movement
-
I have a slight hand tremor (hereditary), and I can fly a plane just fine. I'm sure they won't care about that.
-
I woudln't think so if it doesn't significantly affect your ability to do things with your hands. Still, I would ask a recruiter, they would certainly know, or be able to ask someone who knows.
Posted by: MR JOEY BON They'll probably accept you. I can't guarantee you'll be flying a plane, since i'm pretty sure thats less than 2% of the Air Force, unless i'm thinking of something else.
That's correct

Talk to a recruiter.
