HP Parafoil - Campaign Glitch
If any of you have the HP Parafoil Chestpeice for your Spartan, go play some Campaign and the Knife doesn't show up.
Does anyone know why, maybe a Legendary Ending thing? Does it have to do with the actual story?

IT HAPPENS TO ALL THE KNIFES. no matter what chest you choose the combat knife will not show up in cut-scenes. n i wish they would let you remove the knife permanently, look better without it.

Give up on the legendary ending, Bungie has said multiple times that there is NO! legendary ending.

I believe it was for balance and frame rate issues. They took the knife out so the cut-scenes, with their new visual system, would work better

I played solo and noticed the tactical/patrol knife was missing, I think it's mainly just dealing with locations of the sheath that isn't the normal spots.

Yeah Emile is a Sapper so that would be his chest peice. But I think Kat wears Paratrooper gear so they might have given her the HP chest without the knife???

It happens with a few chest pieces. probably deals with the position of the knife. tactical/patrol doesn't show up with the knife, and the sapper probably doesn't either.
