Steve Downes/Master Chief photo found.
I found a picture Steve Downes, the voice of Master Chief while browsing a radio DJ website. This may not actually be him, maybe it's a different Steve Downes, but the only Steve Downes listed is the one that works at WDRV-Chicago which I'm pretty sure is the one that voices Master Chief. Anyways see for youself.

About halfway down the page is a guy with a mullet. Under that photo it says Steve Downes. Further down the page it has Steve's bio. I don't know if a photo of him has ever been found, but there you go.
