You Use Omegle.com? (similar to chat roulette)
It's where you can chat with any random person in the world via text or webcam. Never go on webcam though, I've heard horrible stories about it. I just finished this conversation with a guy from India. It can be really funny though, if you just go in acting like a gangster, it's hilarious. Here's my conversation, not very long though. :P By the way, asl is age, sex, and location. Are you going to try it out, or have you already used it? Discuss.
