Why is every show on Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon retarded?
I mean, seriously, remember back when they used to actually have FUNNY cartoons? WTF happened, obviously the -blam!- they put on today is not as funny, did they cut the writers budget? or did people just get stupider. I mean seriously, CN makes a new show every 2 weeks AFAIK and most of it is just this "random" crap thats not even thought out, just random acts of stupidity and violence. What the hell happened to the days when cartoons weren't just for brain dead 3 year olds?

well im in 5th grade (no really I am) and the only good shows are ed edd and eddy, MAD, kinda regular show, and boomerang is epic. I hate spongebob crap and seriously, I prefer history, military, science, and discovery channels

I used to wake up at 6:00, on SATURDAY to watch this show called Heavy Gear. It was pretty cool. While I'm semi-biased on cartoons, there is some new stuff that is good, but the majority of it seems rushed and not thought out. I'll admit there is some new stuff that is good, but the majority of it is pretty bland and boring IMO.

Now, we move to the late 90s and early 00s. No one can say that CN's Cartoon Cartoon lineup was bad. It was of legendary status. Today, we have maybe one watchable cartoon still on air. That would be Spongebob. Jimmy Neutron was good but was cancelled (which I recently learned from my sister). Now to music. 90s rap was golden. 00s rap is horrible. You really only have about 3 or 4 rappers who are actually good. Drake & Lil Wayne are like what's on Nickelodeon & Cartoon Network today. 2Pac & Big L are like Courage the Cowardly Dog and Johnny Bravo. Jimi Hendrix would be like Daffy Duck.
