Purchased Marathon... found my account has already been linked to another account.
Hi. I recently bought Marathon, and upon checking my Bungie.net account, my account has been linked automatically to a PSN account I've never seen before. I don't mind losing my data, I just want my game progress to be my own and not linked to some random account.
Is there any way to contact support to go about this? My name change has already been used and everything.

I'm asking because PSN is the primary account in the setup, the account to which the Destiny 2 data is tied to. It means that someone with access to your Steam account login details has linked it to this PSN account's Bungie Account, and then set cross-save up. If you played Destiny 2 on Steam, you've been logging into and progressing these PSN characters through cross save. There is no support channel for account, linking or cross-save issues. As of March 2025, platform accounts can no longer be unlinked from a Bungie Account. Bungie will not unlink any accounts on their end under any circumstances.
