Pre ordered marathon on steam and got no rewards?

Hello there i Pre-Ordered The marathon Deluxe edition on steam and got no rewards inside of destiny. I have the steam acc linked to my bungie profile and still didn't get any rewards. I'm play destiny from the Microsoft store, because there was a sale on the dlcs there. I have that account linked as well any idea why i didn't get the reward?

  • Hi there! If you purchased the game on Steam, the bonus items for Destiny 2 would apply as DLC items to your Steam account. In order to access them, you would need to retrieve the items from Steam.

  • Not 100% sure how its being handled on PC but it might be similar to console. The Destiny items on Xbox/PSN is an addon that you install then claim the items from the kiosk. So you might not be getting the items because the Marathon preorder is on Steam but you're on the Microsoft store version of Destiny where you don't have the preorder. Someone else will likely be able to give a definitive answer but this is what it looks like.
